What I specialise in

Conscious Intimacy

I have completed postgraduate studies in Practical Sexology, which prepared me to work with individuals and couples in the areas of sexuality, relationships, and psychosexual health. These were not just theoretical classes – they provided concrete experience, deep self-work, and learning to help others with mindfulness and empathy.

What I studied and how I developed:

Interpersonal Training and Workshop “My Sexuality”
It began with working on myself. These classes helped me better understand myself, my emotions, boundaries, and beliefs. I consider this an essential foundation for working with others.

Sexuality Across Life Stages
Sexuality accompanies us throughout life – from childhood to old age. I have learned to understand these changes and support people of all ages, taking into account their needs, abilities, and challenges.

Clinic of Sexual Disorders and Dysfunctions
Classes focused on diagnosing and working with various sexual difficulties – from issues with desire to erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or dyspareunia.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Sexual Disorders
I learned concrete tools that help assess and understand clients’ difficulties, as well as ways to support them in the process of change and healing.

Psychological Assessment and Support for People Experiencing Gender Incongruence
I explored the topic of gender identity and supporting transgender individuals in a respectful, safe, and understanding way.

Sexual Disorders Across Medical Specialties
Sexuality does not exist separately from the body. I learned how chronic, neurological, or hormonal conditions affect intimate life – and how to support individuals and couples in these cases.

Biological Foundations of Human Sexuality
Basics of neurobiology, hormones, and sexual response cycles – everything that helps understand how the body and mind work together in the realm of sexuality.

Psychophysiological Aspects of Human Sexuality
A deeper look at how emotions, thoughts, tensions, and bodily sensations affect our sexual life – and how to integrate them.

Law and Ethics in the Work of a Sexologist
I learned to act responsibly – respecting boundaries, autonomy, and the dignity of every person. This is an important part of my practice.

History of Sexology
I understand where our knowledge comes from and the path sexology has taken as a field. This helps to critically examine myths and stereotypes.

Sexual Counseling and Therapy
The foundation of my work – providing support, conversation, psychoeducation, and building a relationship with an individual or couple seeking understanding or change.

Sexuality in Couples
Relationships are complex, and intimate life is often a key part of them. I learned to support couples in building closeness, communication, and sexual satisfaction.

Mental and Sexual Health of LGBTQIA+ Individuals
I work to ensure that my support is inclusive, non-judgmental, and open to diverse experiences and identities.

Sexuality of People with Disabilities
I have learned how to support people with disabilities in building a satisfying intimate life.

Health and Sex Education
I have prepared to conduct reliable, engaging, and age-appropriate educational sessions – with children, teenagers, and adults.

Sex Educator Workshop
This is not only about knowledge but also tools – how to talk about sexuality, build trust, answer difficult questions, and lead groups sensitively.

Introduction to Forensic Sexology
I am learning the basics of providing expert opinions in criminal and civil cases, e.g., in the context of sexual abuse or sexual crimes.

My Previous Education

During my studies at the Pedagogical University, I gained my first academic knowledge in the field of human development – from the earliest moments of life to adulthood, with particular emphasis on the psychosexual sphere. This background allows me today to better understand the needs, ways of thinking, language, and challenges faced by people of different ages – children, adolescents, and adults alike.
