Conscious Intimacy
Sexuality for me is not only a passion but also a mission
– a mission that began in my teenage years, when I first started exploring the mysteries of human intimacy.
With each passing decade, this fascination evolved into a pursuit of knowledge that went beyond theory. I studied psychology and pedagogy, combining these fields with a practical approach to sexuality and interpersonal relationships. This allowed me to understand how our intimacy is influenced not only by biological factors but also by cultural, psychological, and emotional ones.
I hold degrees in Russian philology (Bachelor’s and Master’s from the Pedagogical University) and English philology (Bachelor’s from the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy). For 10 years, my professional career focused on occupational psychology in international corporations, which allowed me to develop skills in communication, emotional management, and building trust – skills that are invaluable when working with people.
However, after years spent in the corporate world, I realized that my true passion lies in helping people discover the fullness of their sexuality and build healthy, authentic relationships. Today, I focus my work on providing individual support to those struggling with challenges related to sexuality, romantic relationships, and physical intimacy. My approach is rooted in full understanding and respect, as I believe that honesty and empathy are the only paths to genuine solutions.
To better meet the needs of my clients, I have completed studies in Practical Sexology at the Humanitas Academy, which allows me to use the latest knowledge and tools in my work with sexuality.
I am convinced that everyone deserves a space to explore their sexuality without shame or limitations. Therefore, I strive to create an atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable and safe. I help them regain control over their sexual lives, offering practical guidance on overcoming barriers and fully enjoying intimacy.
Thanks to my fluency in Polish, English, Russian, and Spanish, I can support people from diverse cultures, understanding how crucial cultural roots, family messages, and social norms are for sexuality. I believe that every journey, both literal and metaphorical, helps us better understand the different ways sexuality is perceived around the world and highlights the importance of being open to these differences.
